Our management division is managed and guided by Petra Zayakosky. Petra manages properties with care, expertise, and success. Our devoted team works hard and fast and understands the needs and concerns of our property owners. We are equally responsive to our tenants to make it a true success for everyone.
We combine the latest technology with our experience and personal service to make the rental process as efficient as possible for all involved. Both residents and owners are provided with a secure online portal to make communications more streamlined.

Petra oversees the management of all properties and works with every team member to ensure all aspects are covered and run smoothly.
Catherine Zimmerman
Leasing Agent
Catherine handles the advertising aspect of our rentals, interacts with all incoming leads, schedules showings, and coordinates the lease documents.
Diana Mitchell
Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator
Diana has over 10 years experience in property management.
She handles all maintenance issues from small repairs to overseeing large
renovations. She performs inspections and keeps our owners and tenants
updated on all events.
